The Lunergy geothermal project in Ludbreg, Croatia, involves a partnership between the Municipality of Ludbreg, E2E Energy Solutions Inc., and Vis Viva GSM, a Zagreb-based geothermal developer. These entities have formed Lunergy d.o.o. to advance geothermal exploration and development in the area. E2E contributes its patented technology expertise, while Vis Viva GSM provides local development and project execution support.
The Lunergy project provides a low-risk, cost-effective way to complete the pilot and prove the Infinite Energy process on a commercial scale. At the same time, it preserves E2E’s ownership position in the larger Lunergy geothermal project. This structure aligns near-term technology validation with long term project participation.
Upon successful completion of the pilot, the well will be converted into a conventional production well
and sold into the Lunergy project at market value, estimated at approximately 5 million Euros.
This structure allows E2E to recover a significant portion of the capital invested in the pilot, while
linking the technology demonstration directly to long-term project value.

E2E will begin its patented Infinite Energy pilot in the first well of the Lunergy project at an estimated cost of 7 million Euros. E2E will begin its patented Infinite Energy pilot in the first well of the Lunergy project at an estimated cost of 7 million Euros. The pilot is intended to demonstrate the operation of thermal siphon within a single well bore using a coaxial configuration and demonstrate the system ability to capture and deliver thermal energy to the surface at commercial scale for the generation of power and direct heating applications.

E2E Energy Solutions patented thermosiphon driven coaxial AGS process is a closed loop system that creates multiple fluid loops with the well bore instead of drilling multiple physical loops used in typical closed loop configurations which greatly reduce CAPEX and risk for a given installation.

E2E’s long-term plan is to engineer and implement commercial geothermal heat and power solutions through exclusive licensing and royalty arrangements with strategic global partners.
