As the founder, President and CEO of E2E Energy Solutions, Nick brings with him over 25 years of entrepreneurial and leadership experience in a variety of sectors. Having strong ties to the Canadian Energy sector Nick was able to recognize the shift away from fossil fuels to green energy which inspired him to follow his passion in Geothermal Energy.
His 30 years of electrical and construction expertise combined with his passion for Geothermal Energy Nick founded E2E Energy Solution to provide new solutions for the rapidly changing Canadian energy sector.

Pierre graduated from Laval University in 1992 as a material and metallurgical engineer and has a master certificate in project Management from York University. He spent about 12 years in the hard-rock mining and 16 years in the oil and gas business. Pierre has spent more than 15 years in R&D while managing large pilots and multi-disciplinary teams.

Over the course of her career, Dr. Isgandarova had received multiple recognitions for her research and innovation ideas, including fellowships from Alberta Innovates Health Solutions (AHFMR), Max-Planck Society and the Merck-Frosst Research Award.
Dr. Isgandarova owns and operates a consulting firm, which focuses on environmental and sustainability education, and strongly believes in geothermal energy becoming an essential part of sustainable development in the future.

He has worked in various industries including oil & gas, the service industry and for the last twelve years in the construction industry. His responsibilities have taken him through many accounting areas up to and including Vice President of Finance.
Jim's outside activities have included many years of volunteering for Not-for-Profit groups and boards, lending his expertise to their accounting and finance areas.

Hammad Zafar graduated from University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore in 1995 and joined the oil and gas industry. He has 28 years of diverse technical leadership experience in well construction. Hammad holds a Masters in Drilling and Well Engineering from Robert Gordon University and an MBA from University of Calgary.
